No. Nothing is charged per user, and there is no charge per shipment above the allowance. Your volume decides which band you are on, and moving to the next one is agreed at renewal, not added to a statement.
No. A module you stop using stops being charged from the next statement, and the data it produced stays where it is.
Send an order request with your band, modules, term and payment method; our team confirms the price with you and nothing is charged before that. Pay monthly or annually, by card or invoice. An annual term is ten months' price, paid up front, and prepaid terms are non-refundable.
A dedicated instance run by us is from $900 a month plus $3,500 to set it up. On your own hardware there is no monthly delivery charge, but a one-time commissioning fee from $12,000 and a minimum contract of $25,000 a year. The licence is the same in every case.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. A failed payment never locks or deletes your data: an unresolved account becomes read-only, and your owners and administrators can still export everything from within the product: all of your organisation's records as one file, any part as CSV, and every uploaded document as one archive. If you cannot export it yourselves, we will provide a complete copy. On a self-hosted deployment the database is already yours.
The list prices are published. For a dedicated or on-premises deployment, ask for a written quotation.
