Four parts. The first is the same wherever Cargovate runs; the rest depend on where it runs
and how much help you want from us.
01 Licence
The published licence, unchanged
The same bands and modules as on the pricing page. Your company's
size is reflected here, by the volume you move — not by headcount, and never per user.
- Growth
- $1,500 a month, up to 2,500 shipments and 250 tracked devices
- Scale
- $4,000 a month, up to 10,000 shipments and 1,000 tracked devices
- Enterprise
- $10,000 a month, up to 40,000 shipments and 4,000 tracked devices
- Modules
- Warehouse $400 / month · Manufacturing $400 / month · Fleet & maintenance $250 / month · Finance $150 / month · Agency $200 / month
- Annual terms
- Ten months' price, paid up front. On-premises licences are always annual.
03 Support
How much of us you want
On our platform or a dedicated instance, Standard is included, and the Enterprise band
includes Priority. On your own hardware we cannot see a fault before you do, so support is
always its own line. It is a share of the annual licence, with a minimum.
- Standard
- 20% of the annual licence,
minimum $6,000 a year. Email during US business hours, answered within one business day. Release bundles and upgrade notes.
- Priority
- 28% of the annual licence,
minimum $15,000 a year. Critical issues answered within four business hours, a named contact, a remote session for each upgrade, and a yearly health check.
- Beyond that
- A named engineer and on-site days can be agreed in the contract. We do not offer
round-the-clock cover today, and we would rather say so here than in a contract review.
04 Services
Help beyond the install, only if you need it
Quoted per engagement at $1,800 per consultant day, with
travel at cost. Before any work starts, we agree the number of days in writing.
- Moving your data in
- Mapping and loading from a spreadsheet, ERP export or legacy system, with
both systems run in parallel
- Connecting systems
- Your ERP, scanners and handhelds, telematics and tracker vendors
- On-site time
- Training beyond handover, go-live support, and upgrades done in person
- Security review
- Working through your questionnaire and architecture review with your team. Most
reviews can start from the Deployment Architecture (PDF)
