The product

What Cargovate is

What is Cargovate?

Cargovate is supply chain and asset lifecycle software. It keeps one operational record of where goods are, who holds them and what happened on the way, across carriers, systems and borders. It is made by Cargovate LLC of Phoenix, Arizona, a Vexidus company. The platform.

Who is Cargovate for?

Freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers, shippers, manufacturers, fleet operators and warehouse operators. Each starts with the capabilities its operating model needs. Solutions by operating model.

What is included in the core licence?

The whole working platform: shipments, checkpoints, parties and their access, documents, purchase orders, approvals, alerts, the audit trail and the dashboard, together with chain of custody, compliance, import and tracking. Warehouse, manufacturing, fleet and maintenance, finance and agency are modules you add when you need them. Pricing.

Does Cargovate require a blockchain?

No. Every deployment works with no chain at all, including one with no internet connection. Anchoring, which commits a record to a public chain so a third party can verify it independently, is optional: it costs nothing to switch on, and you pay $0.01 per record you actually anchor. Deployment.

Pricing

What it costs

How much does Cargovate cost?

The core licence is $500 a month, including 500 shipments a month and 50 tracked devices. Larger bands are Growth at $1,500 a month (up to 2,500 shipments), Scale at $4,000 (up to 10,000) and Enterprise at $10,000 (up to 40,000). Modules are priced individually: warehouse $400 / month, manufacturing $400 / month, fleet and maintenance $250 / month, finance $150 / month and agency $200 / month. Pricing.

Is Cargovate priced per user?

No. Nothing is charged per user, so warehouse crews, drivers and your customers' receiving desks can all have accounts without changing the price.

Is there a charge per shipment?

No. Your shipment volume decides which band you are on; there is no charge per shipment above the allowance. If you outgrow a band, the next one is agreed at renewal.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free plan and no self sign-up for a working account. You can try the live demo free: it gives you your own workspace with sample shipments, deleted automatically after a few hours. For an evaluation on your own data, talk to us.

How do I buy Cargovate?

Send an order request with your band, modules, term and payment method. Our team confirms the price with you and sets up your workspace; nothing is charged before that. Card customers get access when the payment goes through, and invoice customers when the invoice is issued. An annual term is ten months' price, paid up front. Prepaid terms are non-refundable.

Can we add or remove modules later?

Yes. A module you stop using stops being charged from the next statement, and the data it produced stays where it is.

What happens if we cancel, or a payment fails?

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. If a payment is late or fails, access continues and account owners see a reminder. If it is not resolved the subscription may be cancelled, and the account becomes read-only with your data still available for export. It is never locked or deleted for non-payment. Service terms.

Deployment

Where it runs

Is Cargovate cloud-based or on-premises?

Either. It runs in our managed cloud, on a dedicated instance we run for you, on your own servers under licence, or fully air-gapped. It is the same product and the same licence in every case. Deployment.

Can Cargovate run air-gapped, with no internet connection?

Yes. It is delivered as a signed release bundle on removable media, and once running it makes no outbound connection: not for licensing, not for telemetry, not to us. Features that inherently reach outside (third-party tracking feeds, email notification and anchoring) are unavailable there; everything else behaves the same. Deployment in detail.

What does a dedicated or on-premises deployment cost?

A dedicated instance run by us is from $900 a month plus $3,500 to set up. On your own hardware there is no monthly delivery charge but a one-time commissioning fee, from $12,000 on the Growth band, and a minimum contract of $25,000 a year. Support for on-premises installs is 20% of the annual licence (Standard) or 28% (Priority). Enterprise pricing.

Your data

Data and security

Can we export all of our data?

Yes, yourselves, at any time — including while an account is read-only. Your owners and administrators can download all of your organisation's records as one file, any part of them as CSV, and every uploaded document as one archive with a manifest of its fingerprints. Passwords and access keys are not included. If you cannot export it yourselves, ask us and we will provide a complete copy, with no professional-services charge. On a self-hosted deployment the database is already yours, and a standard backup restores into a plain PostgreSQL instance. Your data.

How is our data kept separate from other customers?

Every record carries the organisation it belongs to, and that boundary is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code. A query that forgets to filter returns nothing rather than another customer's records.

What security controls does Cargovate have?

Second-factor sign-in by authenticator app or passkey, which your policy can require for everyone; device credentials issued per facility or per unit, each revocable on its own; and an append-only audit trail that the application itself cannot alter. Security.

Is Cargovate certified, for example SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

We do not claim a certification we do not hold. If your programme needs evidence against a specific control set, ask, and you will get a straight answer about what is in place today and what would be work.

Getting started

Moving in and connecting

How do we get our existing data into Cargovate?

Upload an export from a spreadsheet or your current system. Cargovate proposes a column mapping and shows exactly what would be created or changed before anything is written. Once the mapping is saved, your nightly export can arrive on its own, and re-sending the same rows updates them rather than duplicating them, so both systems can run side by side. Migration.

Does Cargovate integrate with our ERP?

Orders, parties and stock come in from the export your ERP already produces. Cargovate deliberately does not write back into your ERP; if data needs to flow back, it produces an export your team consumes. A direct connector to a specific system is built as defined work against your own instance. Integration.

Which trackers and telematics systems does it connect to?

Vehicle positions from Motive, air waybill and flight tracking, and your own scanners and devices, which only need to make an HTTPS request. If you rely on another provider, tell us which: connectors are built in the order customers ask for them.

Is there an API?

Yes. A documented HTTP API covers creating and updating shipments under your own references, custody transfers, the audit trail, reporting and device readings. Each key carries only the scopes your administrator chose. API reference.

How long does it take to get started?

A first session with your own export takes about an hour. Running one trade lane or one site for real takes days to set up and a few weeks to be confident in. What adoption looks like.

What support is included?

Email support with a 24-hour response is included on every band. The Enterprise band adds Priority support: critical issues answered within four business hours and a named contact. Round-the-clock cover is not offered today. Service levels.
